Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between CODEWAN LTD (referred to as the “Merchant”/“we”) and the users of the website MountAndGo.com (referred to as “you”/“Customer”). By using the website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms.

10. Right of withdrawal. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Customers have rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract where applicable.

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve it amicably and in good faith. If this is not possible, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian law by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
